About Companies & Returners Network – CRN

Companies & Returners Network – CRN is an Association founded by the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, which Networks and Supports employers in the introduction and implementation of return programs.

The Pilot Phase
The Pilot Phase of this initiative runs from December 2018 to December 2019 and is supported by the Federal Office for Gender Equality through financial Support under the Equal Opportunities Act.
The Association – CRN
In the next Phase, the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts will establish an Association for returnees on 1 January 2020. The Companies & Returners Network – CRN, founded by lecturers at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, is aimed at large companies, SMEs and individuals who have voluntarily taken a Career break due to Family commitments and would like to return to the labour market.
